What it does
Echo AI lets you build a branded AI agent trained on your own knowledge, tone, catalogue and calendar, then deploy it across every channel your customers already use. Paste your website URL and Echo scans your pages to build a first draft of your agent automatically. From there you add documents, FAQs, product data, internal notes and the rules you want it to follow. The agent answers customer questions, recommends products, qualifies leads, books appointments, takes payments and raises support tickets on its own, around the clock, with a human handoff available whenever you want to step in and reply yourself.
Echo runs on nine channels: an embeddable website widget, a hosted Echo page, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, Discord, Slack and X. It is the same agent with the same knowledge and the same rules everywhere, so a customer gets a consistent answer whether they message you on Instagram at midnight or open the chat on your homepage. There is no code to write, no consultants to hire, and no chain of automation tools holding everything together.

Small businesses, creators and agencies. Hospitality, restaurants and cafés, beauty and wellness, local services, healthcare, real estate, professional services, education and e-commerce all run on Echo. Creators and coaches use it to handle direct messages, sell courses and take bookings without being online themselves. Agencies use the white-label programme to build and resell branded agents to their own clients under a custom domain, managing every client account from one workspace.
Pricing
The Free plan is $0 per month with 30 credits and up to three Echos. Pro starts at $25 per month. Business starts at $50 per month and adds e-commerce and Web3 integrations, API access, the Customer Hub, guardrails and custom voice. Enterprise is custom priced and adds custom domains and dedicated support. Pro and Business both scale from 400 up to 10,000 credits per month, shared across unlimited Echos, and unused credits roll over to the next billing cycle. Currency parity is $1 = £1 = €1 and all prices are tax exclusive.

Echo replies in over 100 languages automatically, matching the visitor. Every account gets a hosted Echo page with catalog, calendar, tips and links surfaces. Developers get a REST API, webhooks, Zapier and a remote MCP server that works with ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and Codex. The iOS app is live on the App Store, with Android coming soon.
