Suparank started with an uncomfortable question. We were still watching keyword positions move up and down, and meanwhile the people we wanted to reach had stopped looking at keyword positions entirely. They were asking ChatGPT. And when ChatGPT answered them, we had no idea whether it mentioned us, ignored us, or recommended a competitor by name.
So we built the thing that answers that question.
You give Suparank the prompts your buyers actually type. Not keywords, prompts, the messy full sentences people really use when they ask an assistant for help choosing something. Suparank runs them on a schedule through ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews, and then it tells you what came back. Where you were mentioned. Where you were cited with an actual link. How you were described, and whether that description was warm, lukewarm or quietly damaging. And your share of voice against the specific competitors you care about, so you can see whether the category is being handed to somebody else while you were busy optimising a title tag.
The obvious next question is what to do about it, and that is the second half of the product. Suparank runs GEO and technical audits against your site and reports what is actually blocking a citation. Sometimes it is crawlability. Sometimes it is that your best page buries the answer in the eleventh paragraph where nothing can extract it. Sometimes it is missing structure that the model needs in order to quote you safely. The audit is specific enough to act on, and Suparank will draft the content that fixes it.
We also hooked up GA4 and Search Console, because a visibility score that cannot be tied to traffic is just a number that makes you feel things.
One more design decision worth mentioning: the entire product is a chat. There is no dashboard to learn and no report builder to configure. You ask, you get an answer, and the answer lands in a markdown artifacts library that you can edit, keep and share. Audits, prompt runs and drafts all live there as plain markdown.
We deliberately left out rank tracking. Putting it back would be the old metric in a new outfit, and it is the thing we are arguing against.
