LaunchRepo is the boilerplate for directory launches: a private GitHub repository your own AI coding agent runs to submit your SaaS to launch platforms and directories.

Every launch repeats the same grind: researching directories, signing up, pasting copy into forms with different limits, chasing verification emails and checking which listings are live. And it starts from zero for the next product.

Who it is for
Indie hackers and developers who ship SaaS products and already use AI coding agents like Claude Code, Codex or Cursor. It works with agents that can read files and drive a browser. Locally you need Python 3.10+ on macOS or Linux and Chrome.
How it came about
I kept building SaaS products and hit the same wall after git push: marketing. I curated the directories where you can share a product and found a way to make an AI agent do the rounds, with a playbook for every platform and a tracker so a crashed session can pick up where it stopped. LaunchRepo is that repo, cleaned up for your agent. We built it while distributing our own SaaS, seomap.dev, which is now submitted to 140+ directories (live or awaiting publication).
Access, pricing and limits
After checkout you verify your purchase email and connect one GitHub account, which is invited to the private repository. The kit is file-based and runs locally, so your product data, accounts and decisions stay with you: your agent, your accounts, your call on CAPTCHAs and anything that costs money.
One-time payment, no subscription, perpetual use for unlimited products you own. Agent usage is billed by your AI provider. LaunchRepo is not a done-for-you service and does not guarantee listings, backlinks or traffic.
