## About Bucketlist.nl

Bucketlist.nl is an independent multilingual browser app for people who have plenty of travel inspiration but no simple place to turn those ideas into a personal list. It helps visitors discover concrete experiences, keep the ones that appeal to them, and move from a vague “someday” thought toward a practical next step.

The product starts with discovery. Visitors can switch between ideas in the Netherlands and experiences around the world, then browse by destination or theme. The catalogue covers travel as well as life experiences, so somebody can move from a city break or nature experience to food, culture, adventure, family activities, or a personal challenge without rebuilding a list in another tool. Search and filters make it possible to narrow the catalogue when the open-ended inspiration view becomes too broad.

Browsing is intentionally low-friction. Visitors can explore public pages and like ideas without creating an account. Free registration is needed only when somebody wants to save selected dreams in a personal bucket list and return to them later. The same website works in a mobile or desktop browser, so there is no App Store download and no requirement to install a native application.

Each public experience page is designed to provide more context than a one-line checklist entry. Where it is relevant, Bucketlist.nl connects an idea to a practical or bookable next step. Some of those links are affiliate links, and that commercial relationship is labelled rather than hidden. The main discovery and list functions remain free to use, with no credit card required.

A typical use starts before a trip has dates. Important limitations are stated plainly. Bucketlist.nl is not a native iOS or Android app, does not promise offline maps, and does not automatically build a complete day-by-day itinerary. Its focus is the earlier stage: finding meaningful things to do, remembering what matters, and keeping inspiration organised until the user is ready to act.
